We can’t sit back and do things the way business has always been done. Nimble startups are shaking the ground as we know it with disruptive business strategies and new technologies. Business owners need to be open to embrace the current economic and technology-enabled environment.
Finding the right mentor for you
A good business mentor must take a helicopter view of your business and help you work through strategic planning to chart the next steps.
This may mean growing your business or it could mean creating an exit strategy to help you close or sell the business. When you’re looking for a mentor, make sure you ask about their business history because ideally you want someone who can ‘walk the talk’. They don’t necessarily need experience in your industry and most business basics are the same.

- We then work through a proposal with several options to suit you and your business.

We pull apart your business operations, marketing, sales and financials, and create a plan to discover what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward.
Brainstorming
We recommend a session just to brainstorm — to let the ideas flow and capture them. We do a scalability rating — from current reality to successful execution, and discuss planning of resources and timing. This brainstorming session could be either one on one or with your business team.
